Expression of Protein N of Porcine Transmissble Gastroenteritis in Swine Intestinal Epithelial Cells and Effect and Influence on Cell Cycle
摘要
Abstract
To identify the expression of the N gene of TGEV in porcine swine intestinal epithelial cells (SIEC)and the effect of N gene on cell cycle,recombinant plasmids pEGFP-N1-N were transfected into SIEC using lipofectamine 2000.RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of N gene through the level of molecule and protein respectively.The effect of N protein on cell cycle progression was investigated by flow cytometry assay.The results showed that the N gene of TGEV was successfully expressed in SIEC,resulting in the prolong of S-phase cell cycle.This research may contribute to establish the theoretical basis for further studying the function and the pathogenesis mechanism of N protein of TGEV.关键词
