Effects ofα-lipoic Acid on Oxidative Stress of Marc-145 Cells Infected with HP-PRRSV
摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of Highly pathogenic PRRSV (HP-PRRSV)on antioxidant function of Marc-145 cells and the effect ofα-lipoic acid(LA)on oxidative stress of Marc-145 cells infected with HP-PRRSV.After LA within cellular safety concentration was added to Marc-145 cells infected with HP-PRRSV,the Marc-145 cells were divided into three groups of virus-infected (group D),LA-treated-virus (group DLA)and LA-add(group LA).The normal Marc-145 cells were served as the control(group NC). The levels of hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ),malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase(CAT)were detected 2 hours later.Compared with group NC,the levels of H 2 O2 and MDA were significantly elevated (P <0.05),and the activities of SOD and CAT were significantly reduced in group D (P <0.05).All markers above were improved by treatment with LA (P <0.05).HP-PRRSV can cause Marc-145 cell high oxidative stress,and LA has a protective effect on Marc-145 cell through in-hibiting oxidative stress.关键词
