滋养层干细胞研究进展
Progress on Trophoblast Stem Cells
摘要
Abstract
Trophoblast stem cells play vital roles in embryo implantation,embryo survival and placental de-velopment,as a good model of placental development and function in vitro .Recently,some breakthrough progresses were revealed,such as establishment of trophoblast stem cell lineage and systematic culture condition in mice,attempt of derivation and maintenance of human trophoblast stem cells.But it was little focused on bovine,porcine and ovis.Model building was not completed as well as uncertainty of differenti-al subclass,systematic culture condition and marker genes,which was a barrier for subsequent study.关键词
