摘要
Abstract
Microflora in the digestive tract is an important regulatory role in maintaining the function of di-gestive system.These methods of detection are generally divided into two method-microbiological method (traditional culture method)and molecular biology technique(genetic analysis).Both techniques have ad-vantages and disadvantages.The microbiological technique is only able to detect identifiable bacteria that can be grown on available substrates.Nevertheless,the culture is still a fundamental and widely used method for detection of digestive tract microorganisms.However,for an accurate quantitative and qualita-tive investigation of the microbiology of the entire gastrointestinal tract,genetic method is required.The combination of both methods may become a critical element for understanding the ecosystem of digestive tract bacteria.This paper reviewed the functions,kinds,distribution and methods of detection in digestive tract microorganism to establish the basis for gastrointestinal tract microflora.关键词
