一起牦牛巴氏杆菌病的诊断
Diagnosis of Pasteurellosis in a Yak Farm
摘要
Abstract
In November 2014,a disease outbroke in a yak farm in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province.According to the description from the farmer,totally 10 yaks appeared symptoms within 2 days ,in which 4 yaks were dead.One kind of bacteria was isolated from the heart,liver,spleen,lung, kidney and lymph node of the dead yaks at the same time.The isolated bacterium was also identified by Gram staining,pathogenicity experiment with Kunming mice and PCR.The results showed that it was Pas-teurella multcida that caused the disease of the yaks.关键词
