Abstract
The problem of DC contactor release failure after circuit open was studied .And the analysis was focused on two latent impact factors , namely , the increased magnetic force created by residual magnetism accumulation in the core and the adhesion force due to the paint melting under high temperature on the contact surface of the both poles .The effects of residual magnetic force and paint adhesion force on the contactor were described in details ,and via calculation and test ,the paint adhesion force proves to be the main effect ,and also the corresponding measures for improvement were proposed .关键词
