Abstract
The resettlement of reservoir immigrants shall be carried out in a people -oriented manner to guarantee the legal rights of the immigrants and satisfy their basic need for survival and development .As the economy of modern society is developing so fast , the traditional “land oriented” resettlement method can no longer fully meet the resettlement requirements in new circumstances . Take the case of resettlement measures for inundation treatment caused by restoration of normal pool level (89.0m) of Gaozhou Reservoir as an example , the socio -economic conditions in the Gaozhou Reservoir area has been studied , and a long -term compensation mechanism of paying land compensation fee year by year has been proposed , in order to practically preserve the legal rights of the immigrants and explore ideas of immigrants resettlement work in new circumstances .关键词
