Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy and open renal lithotomy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods 130 cases of complex renal calculi were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given open renal lithotomy,while patients in observation group were given minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy.Perioperative indicators,stone clearance rate and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results Perioperative indicators (blood loss,operative time,leaving bed time,hospital stay) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).The stone clearance rate of observation group was 96.92％,which was significantly higher than 72.31％ of control group (P＜0.05).The rate of postoperative complications of observation group was 6.15％,which was significantly lower than 32.31％ of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with open renal lithotomy,minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively cure complex renal calculi,with advantages of less bleeding,shorter operative time,leaving bed time and hospital stay,higher stones clear rate,and lower postoperative complications rate.关键词
