Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of systematic prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformation and analyze factors related to fetal malformation.Methods 480 puerperae in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 underwent systematic prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformation,who had delivery or termination of pregnancy in our hospital.Recorded maternal age,upper respiratory infection,abnormal pregnancy history and fetal distribution.Results There were 8 cases of fetal malformation,7 cases detected by B ultrasound,with the positive rate of 87.5％.Maternal age more than 35 years old,early pregnancy with upper respiratory infection and fever history,abnormal pregnancy history and residential housing during 6 months after decoration were risk factors of fetal malformation (P＜0.05),while long-term usage of a computer was not (P＞0.05).Conclusion Systematic prenatal ultrasound screening can lower perinatal mortality and the rate of malformation,with important clinical and social significance,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
