摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of prone nursing on heart and lung function and sleep in premature infants. Meth-ods 90 premature infants were as the research objects,were randomly divided into three groups(group A,B and C),30 cases in each group. Premature infants in group A were given prone nursing,premature infants in group B were given lateral prone nursing,premature infants in group C were given supine nursing. heart and lung function and sleep in the three group were compared. Results Heart rate and breathing in group A and B was significantly better than group C,the sleep time was longer than that in group C,and group A was better than B group. Conclusion Prone nursing helps to improve heart and lung function of premature infants,improve sleep quality, should adjust the point of nursing and children sleep posture during nursing,to ensure the healthy development of premature infants.关键词
