健脾补肾方治疗消化道恶性肿瘤临床研究
Clinical Study of Jianpi Bushen Fang in Treating Digestive Tract Malignant Tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Bushen Fang in treating digestive tract malignant tumor. Methods:150 cases with digestive tract malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given con-ventional anti-tumor treatment and the observation group was given Jianpi Bushen Fang based on the control group. Compared immuno-logical indexes,traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improvement,quality of survival and clinical curative effect after 14 d. Results:The NK cells,CD3 + T lymphocytes,CD4 + T lymphocytes,CD8 + T lymphocytes,CD4 + / CD8 + lymphocytes of two groups were improved than before treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05)and the observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The TCM symptoms and quality of life of treatment group were significantly improved than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The effective rate was 88. 00% in treatment group and 74. 67% in control group. The difference was statistically sig-nificant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Fang in treating digestive tract malignant tumor can improve clinical curative effect,im-prove the quality of life and enhance immunity.关键词
