Effects of Massage on the Expression of Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide in Dorsal Root Ganglion of Chronic Constriction Injury Rats

摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of massage on calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)expression of the dorsal root ganglion neurons after sciatic nerve injury(SNI). Methods:48 rats were randomly divided into normal group,control group,model group,model control group,massage group,SNI model. Used manipulation maneuver simulation for intervention. Observed pain threshold and pain tol-erance sensitivity scores of field change and L3 - 5 section on the right side of CGRP expression in dorsal root ganglia. Results:After building for 7 days,compared with normal group,the pain tolerance threshold,tolerance sensitivity scores and CGRP expression in dorsal root ganglia of model group rats were significantly higher(P ﹤ 0. 01). After massage therapy 20 times,compared with the model group, the pain tolerance threshold and tolerance sensitivity scores of massage group were significantly decreased(P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared with model group and model control group,the CGRP expression in dorsal root ganglia of massage group was increased significantly(P ﹤0. 01). Conclusion:Massage can improve the CGRP expression of the dorsal root ganglion neurons,participate in neurological damage repair process so as to eventually improve the function of the feeling of peripheral nerve injury in rats.
