超声引导下胎盘局部注射 MTX 联合益气消癥汤治疗胎盘植入临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Placenta Implantation by Ultrasound Guided Placenta Local Injection MTX Combined with Yiqi Xiaozheng Tang

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ultrasound guided placenta local injection Methotrexate(MTX)combined with Yiqi Xiaozheng Tang Treatment of placenta implantation. Methods:105 patients with placenta increta were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the treatment group. Two groups were in ultrasound guided to the placenta in local injection of MTX,and the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Xiaozheng Tang based on the control group. Two groups were 1 month for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment. Results:the effective rate of treatment group was 82. 00% ,and the control group was 70. 91% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);human chorionic gonadotropin dropped to normal time,placenta discharge time,3 weeks after uterine placenta residual volume and MTX injection time in the treatment group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Ultra-sound guided placenta local injection MTX combined with Yiqi Xiaozheng Tang is an ideal conservative treatment for placenta implanta-tion,and it can preserve fertility maximum with high safety.关键词
