化痰消脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝痰瘀互结证临床研究
Clinical Study on Huatan Xiaozhi Tang in the Treatment of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Type for Non-Alcoholic Fatty liver

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Huatan Xiaozhi Tang in the treatment of non alcoholic fatty liver is phlegm and blood stasis. Methods:Selected the outpatient of internal medicine Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,digestion is plegm into 2 groups. The treatment group of 50 cases,with Huatan Xiaozhi Tang,50 cases in the control group,given Atorvastatin Calcum tab-lets. Two groups were 2 weeks for 1 course. Change in the two groups of symptoms and signs,liver function,blood lipid therapy after 4 courses of treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and B ultrasound results. Results:The treatment group total effec-tiveness 82. 00% ,the group total effectiveness 68. 00% ,there were significant difference between two groups. Conclusion:Huatan Xi-aozhi Tang in treating Nonalcoholic fatty liver is phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has good curative effect,is worth the clinical promo-ted application.关键词
