中西医结合治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Research on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic su-perficial gastritis and the serum levels of prostaglandin E2 ,somatostatin and epidermal growth factor. Methods:110 patients with diag-nosed were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,55 cases in each group. The control group was given standard PPI triple therapy treatment and Omeprazole capsules 20 mg,2 times a day;Clarithromycin 0. 5 g,2 times a day;Amoxicillin 1 g,2 times a day. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Buqi Shengyang Xiaoyan Tang based on control group,14 d for a period of treatment. Compared the curative effect after a period of treatment. Results:The control group:28 cases recovered,improvement in 18 cases,9 with no effect,the effective rate was 83. 64% ;Treatment group:33 cases cured,19 cases improved,3 with no effect,the effec-tive rate was 94. 55% . Compared the curative effect of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared prostaglandin E2 ,somatostatin,serum epidermal growth factor of treatment group with controls,the difference was statistically significant (P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared symptoms integral of two groups before and after treatment,there was statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Con-clusion:Buqi Shengyang Xiaoyan Tang in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis has distinct curative effect and can significantly improve patientsˊ serum PGE2,SS,EGF levels,no bad reaction.关键词
