Application Advances of DNA Molecular Markers in Study of Sesame(Sesamum indicum L.) Germplasm Resources

Abstract
The molecular markers have been developed and applied in genetic diversity analysis,genetic linkage map construction,marker-assisted selection breeding,qualitative and quantitative trait mapping, cultivar identification and genetic relationship studies of sesame germplasm resources. This paper summa-rizes the application and research status of the main molecular markers of sesame( SSR,EST-SSR,ISSR, RAPD,AFLP and SRAP markers) and carries on the comprehensive evaluation, in order to provide a clear instruction for researching of sesame product traceability.关键词
