Abstract
The various biographies of Yuan Zirang in Chenzhou in Ming Dynasty have three different sources,which have certain errors,such as the case that Yuan Zirang never served as the governor of Meizhou,but the governor of Jiadingzhou;Yuan served as the governor of Jiadingzhou for seven years (1 602-1 608),instead of the nine years as recorded.In Beijing,Yuan served as the director of the Bureau of Military of War,instead of chief or vice director.His teacher included Zeng Chaojie,Feng Qi,and so on.And he ever made friends with Zeng Fengyi ,Wang Ji,Fan Chunjing,Luo Gun,Wang Yuzong.Yuan Zirang wrote eight books,and five of those books still existed.Yuan had an older brother (Yuan Ziqian) and a younger brother (Yuan Zixun)and two sons (Bo Huan and Zhong Xuan).关键词
