摘要

Abstract

The principle of ultra high pressure common rail system based on fuel amplifier was ana‐lyzed and high performance microcontroller MPC5634 was used to develop electronic controlled unit of ultra high pressure common rail system ,with the purpose of controlling the fuel injection .Intelligent driving circuit based on current feedback for solenoid valve was designed ,the eTPU (enhanced time process unit) of the microcontroller was used to research the method of engine timing synchronization and time‐oriented sequential control ,and the calibration system was developed based on CAN (con‐troller area network) bus and LabVIEW (laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench) .Log‐ic analyzer was used to test electric controlled unit ,and the result shows good performance and stabili‐ty .Bench test was carried out with the help of pressure measurement system and injection law tester , and the result proves that ultra high pressure common rail system can obtain super high pressure fuel reaching to 220 M Pa and flexible injection rate shaped like boots .
