弧角型PDC钻头在煤矿定向排水孔施工中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Presently,most of the polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drill bit used in directional drilling for under ground coal mine well was flat-bottomed matrix-style PDC drill bit.The selection of bit types was relatively limited.Some of bits could meet the requirements of soft formation drilling. The problem of low drilling efficiency appeared while drilling in middle hard rock.In this paper,we developed a new type of arcual matrix-style PDC drill bit.It was used in the directional drainage drilling construction.The experimental results indicated that the arcual PDC bit had good effect on directional drainage drilling construction,with drilling efficiency improved 30% - 40% ,and greatly saved the construction cost and cycle.关键词
