摘要

Abstract

Widely scattered and tadpole-like cracks appeared onϕ 2482 mm circular saw blade during sawing.Circular saw blade modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out based on ANSYS.The results showed that the difference of circular saw blade' s natural frequency was small among 700 —840 Hz(300 —360 r∕min),which easily led to resonance effects.The vibration amplitude was lager in axis hole and 1∕3 to 2∕3 circumference from the hole.To reduce the bending crack,it was good to fix chuck on both sides of the blade or press along the 1∕3 to 2∕3 circumference from the hole. It was calculated that the circular saw blade’s resonance effects occurred at 775 —800 Hz and 725 Hz and a stress peak appeared at 800 Hz,which might be the main reason for fatigue crack.So as to avoid the resonance sensitive areas when using the circular saw blade,the blade working speed should be 317—330 r∕min or 348—360 r∕min.
