新型铜基结合剂金刚石砂轮性能的研究
Study on performance of a new type of Cu-based bond diamond grinding wheel

Abstract
Based on Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel,vacuum hot-pressing technology was used to prepare a new type of Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel.The structure and mechanism of Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel was analyzed on its mechanical property and characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that the flexural strength,impact strength and rockwell hardness (HRB) of new type of Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel were 463.96 MPa,13.55 kJ∕m2 and 98.67 HRB respectively,and that the surface roughness Ra of the work-piece was 0.87 μm.Compared with ordinary Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel,the flexural strength,impact strength and rockwell hardness (HRB) of new type of Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel respectively increased 23.94%,30.81%,and 3.14%. The surface roughness Ra of the work-piece ranged from 1.86 μm to 0.87 μm,and the surface quality of the work-piece was obviously improved.The new type of Cu-based metal bond diamond grinding wheel had advantages of light weight,high strength,high hardness and excellent grinding effect.关键词
