Abstract
Objective To explore the causes of multiple pregnancy and treatment measures of maternal complications in clinic. Methods 750 multiple-pregnancy women admitted into our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were analyzed as observation group.750 single pregnancy women admitted into our hospital in the same term were analyzed as control group.The incidence and occurrence reason of multiple pregnancy was analyzed,and maternal complications were com-pared. Results The incidence of multiple-pregnancy was 2.10%.The rate of multiple-pregnancy in multiparae aged over 30 years old was higher than that in pregnant women,who were less than 30 years old. 31.07% multiple-pregnancy women took the drug for ovulation induction.Besides,the incidences of premature rupture of membranes and polyhy-dramnios in multiple-pregnancy women were significantly higher than those in the single pregnancy women, the differ-ence was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Occurrence of multiple pregnancy is related with maternal age,parity and ovulation induction medicine.Due to frequent occurrence of maternal complications in multiple pregnancy,monitoring and management should be strengthened and symptomatic treatment should be actively implemented aiming at improv-ing prognosis and reducing perinatal mortality.关键词
