Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of doula delivery on maternal childbirth. Methods 100 puerperae deliv-ered in our hospital from June to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,50 cases in each group.In the observation group,doula accompanied delivery was applied,while in the control group,general routine delivery was adopted.The vaginal delivery rate,duration of stages of labor and delivery pain de-grees in the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The duration of first and second stages of labor in the observation group signifi-cantly shorter than of the control group.Delivery pain degree in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of doula accompanied delivery has an im-portant clinical significance on increasing maternal natural labor rate,shortening stage of labor and alleviating delivery pain,it is worthy of clinic application.关键词
