摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application value of detection of total serum immunoglobulin E (tIgE) and specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE) in diagnosis of children with respiratory allergic disease. Methods 60 Children with respiratory allergic disease admitted into our hospital from September 2011 to September 2014 were selected as observation group, another 30 cases of healthy children was as control group. The observation group had already been diagnosised as respi-ratory allergic disease.Serum tIgE and sIgE was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assays, and the relevant re-sults was compared between two groups. Results Levels of serum tIgE and sIgE in the observation group respectively was (501±219) U/ml and (3450±1240) U/L,which was remarkably higher than that of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the 60 children patients, merely 65%(36/60) showered higher levels of serum tIgE,but 45%(27/60) was found to be clinically symptomatic. The sensitivity of used tIgE was 67%,the sIgE was 65%,combination was 78%, the area of ROC curve below was 89%. Conclusion Close correlations exist between immunoglobulin E levels and asthmatic disease in children.Combination detection of tIgE and sIgE may increase the detection rate of asthmatic dis-ease in children,it is worthy of clinic application.关键词
