Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yanlishuang Oral Dropping Pills in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and to explore its application value. Methods 124 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group, with 62 cases in each.The treatment group was given Yanlishuang Oral Dropping Pills,1-2 pills per time for 4 times a day.The control group was given Zhongsheng Pills,4-6 pills per time for 3 times a day.8 d was a course,and a total of 2 courses was observed. Results Among 62 patients in the treatment group,38 patients were cured,18 patients were ef-fective,and the total effective rate was 90.32%.Among 62 patients in the control group,30 patients were cured,20 pa-tients were effective,and the total effective rate was 80.65%.The onset time in the treatment group was (3.02±1.07) days, while the onset time in the control group was (8.29±2.68) days.The total effective rate and the onset time in the treat-ment group were both better than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yan-lishuang Oral Dropping Pills in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis have exact curative effects with rapid onset,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
