地佐辛硬膜外与静脉用药在产科术后镇痛中的效果比较
Effect comparision of dezocine used in postoperative between intravenous injection and epidural analgesia after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect and adverse reactions of dezocine used in postoperative and intra-venous injection epidural analgesia after cesarean section. Methods 90 cases of elective cesarean section from June to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The group A was giv-en with dezocine 5 mg intravenous injection,group B with dezocine 5 mg was used in epidural analgesia,group C with saline 10 ml was used in epidural for control.The VAS scoring at postoperative 4,8,12,24 h was observed respectively. Various adveme reactions was recorded and postoperative satisfaction was compared. Results The VAS scores at post-operative 2 h had no statistical difference among the 3 groups (P>0.05);The VAS scores at postoperative 4 h in group A was lower than that of group C,with statistical difference (P<0.05);The VAS scores at postoperative 8,12 h in group B was lower than that of group A,with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference among 3 groups at postoperative 24 h(P>0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting the group A and B was higher than that of group C;group B was higher than that of group A,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Appropriate concentrations of dezocine used in postoperative epidural analgesia after cesarean section has definite effect and less adverse reac-tions.关键词
