Clinical effect of bruceolic oil emulsion combined with cisplatin for peri-toneal perfusion treating ovarian cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of bruceolic oil emulsion combined with cisplatin for peritoneal perfusion treating ovarian cancer. Methods From January 2014 to February 2015,127 patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital were selected and they were divided into treatment group (n=74) and control group (n=53) according to the treat-ment method.Control group was treated with simple cisplatin for peritoneal perfusion,while treatment group was treated with bruceolic oil emulsion for local chemotherapy on the basis of control group.The curative effect of ascites,the total improvement rate of clinical symptom,the improvement rate of life quality and the incidence of toxic side reaction in two groups were evaluated. Results The comparision of curative effect of ascites:the effective rate of treatment group (83.8%) was obviously higher than that of control group (62.3%) (P<0.05);the total improvement rate of clinical symp-tom of treatment group (90.5%) was obviously higher than that of control group (69.8%),the improvement rate of life quality treatment group (78.4%) was obviously higher than that of control group (62.3%) (P<0.05);the rate of white cell decreasing in treatment group was 54.1%,while it was 71.7% in control group,and there was a statistical difference be-tween two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Bruceolic oil emulsion combined with cisplatin for peritoneal perfusion is a safe and effective method for treatment of ovarian cancer.关键词
