Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet in the treatment of anovu-latory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty. Methods From January 2009 to December 2014,clinical data from 120 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty admitted into our hospital were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In observation group,desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet was applied for the treatment,while in control group,diethylstilbestrol combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablet was adopted in the treatment. The time of controlling bleeding,totally stanching bleeding,and clinical effect between two groups was recorded and compared respectively. Results The time of controlling bleeding and totally stanching bleeding in obser-vation group [(25.61±11.23) h and (53.06±20.87) h] was obviously shorter than that of control group [(36.40±14.57) h and (77.55±21.81) h] respectively (P<0.05).In observation group,the total effective rate (100.0%) was obviously higher than that of control group (90.0%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet can obtain a remark-able hemostatic effect treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty and has less adverse reaction, which should be promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
