Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of shuxuening combined with cerebroside-kinin in the treatment of vas-cular dementia. Methods Fifty-eight patients with vascular dementia collected from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group receiving shuxuening combined with cerebroside-kinin treatment and control group receiving only cerebroside-kinin treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,MMSS and ADL scores betweeen two groups was observed respectively. Results After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 89.66%,which was better than the 72.41% of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE and ADL between two groups increased significantly compared to that before treatment respectively, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);MMSE and ADL scores of observation group increased significantly compared to that of control group respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxuening combined with cerebroside-kinin shows good efficacy in the treatment of vascular dementia, thereby of good clinical promotion value.关键词
