加强护理人员医德医风建设的途径与策略
Way and strategy of enhancing the construction of medical ethics for nursing staff
摘要
Abstract
Medical ethics is professional ethics and industry atmosphere of medical personnel.Under the current situa-tion,enhancing the construction of medical ethics is significantly important,as it has very important significance for the construction of spiritual civilization,as well as improvement of medical quality and the sustainable development of hos-pital.Nursing quality is an important "window" of the construction of medical ethics in hospital,and it represents the image of the whole hospital.Today,based on analysis of existing problems in the construction of medical ethics and causes to these problems in nursing staff,this paper proposes several solutions and strategies including strengthening ideological education,learning and training,system construction,examination and supervision,cultural construction,medi-cal input and smoothing information channel and so on to enhance the construction of medical ethics.关键词
