Effect of cluster nursing on intravenous application of high-alert medication
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing on intravenous application of high-alert medication. Methods 48 patients received with intravenous injection of high-alert medications under conventional nursing in our hospital from January 2012 to December were selected as the control group.48 patients received with in-travenous injection of high-alert medications under cluster nursing in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the experimental group.The incidence rate of adverse reaction,defect rate of nursing,and quality management score of high-alert medication in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions and defect rate of nursing in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of quality management on high-alert medication was higher than that in the control group,with significant dif-ference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of cluster nursing intervention on intravenous application of high-alert medication is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
