过敏性鼻炎患者外周血C D4＋ T细胞表面信号淋巴细胞激活分子的表达
Signaling lymphocytic activation molecule expression on CD4 +T cells surface in patients with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM)ex-pression on CD4 +T cells surface in patients with allergic rhinitis and the relationship between SLAM expres-sion and the disease state.Methods:Eighteen patients with allergic rhinitis and sixteen healthy controls were enrolled in the study.PBMC were isolated from the whole blood by Ficoll gradient centrifugation.The expression of SLAM on CD4 +T cell surface was assessed by using flow cytometry,the expression of plasma IgE was tested by ELISA.Then we analyzed the correlation between SLAM expression and plasma IgE lev-el.Results:Compared with the healthy controls,the expression of SLAM on CD4 +T cell surface was sig-nificantly decreased in allergic rhinitis patients(t=2.29,P<0.05),but the plasma IgE level was signifi-cantly increased(t=2.740,P<0.01);and there was a negative correlation between SLAMexpression and plasma IgE level(r=-0.484 8,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with allergic rhinitis showed low expres-sion of SLAM in CD4 +T cells in peripheral blood,which might reflect the disease severity to some extent.关键词
