试析恽代英创新人格
An Analysis of the Innovative Personality of Yun Daiying
摘要
Abstract
Yun Daiying,a representative of innovative talents in the early history of Communist Party of China,is beloved by the Chinese youth.From the perspective of personality psychology,this paper attempts to explore Yun Daiying's innovative personality through case study,literature review and other psychological historical research methods,which is the deepening of innovative research and the further exploration of Yun -Daiying research.Yun formed a “golden triangle”personality model in three aspects of morality,willingness and wisdom,as well as his u-nique innovative personality,which are deeply rooted in the traditional Chinese culture learned in his early years and are greatly influenced by his lofty ideals and beliefs of “be beneficial to the society,country and the world”, and other factors like self -discipline,autonomous learning and diligent practice.The analysis of Yun's growing course provides beneficial experience for the present cultivation of innovative talents.关键词
