An Analysis of the Construction of High -level Talents Team in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
There exist some problems in the construction of high -level talents team in Chinese colleges and uni-versities,such as the lack of systematic planning,imperfect evaluation system,and insufficient role fulfillment of high -level talents.We can learn from the experience of universities of the United States and improve the quality of high -level talents team by making a scientific plan of recruiting talents,paying more attention to the overall abili-ties of high -level talents in the process of recruitment,strengthening the evaluation and management after recruit-ment and perfecting the cultivation mechanism of high -level talents team.关键词
