英国有轨电车行业管理研究
Industry Regulation on UK Tramways
摘要
Abstract
The development history, the main responsibilities, practices and experiences of central gov⁃ernment, independent regulatory agency and industry association for UK tramways were summarized, in order to provide reference for the management of Chinese tramways industry. Then by analyzing the de⁃velopment of UK best practices in policies, laws and regulations and standards, suggestions on industry regulation system construction, regulations and standards development were put forward according to the current status and problems of tramways industry in China. The above mentioned suggestions include de⁃velopment and revision of relevant laws and regulations, research on the tramways projects economic benefits, enhancement of investment and decision-making guidance and promoting the standardization of design and procurement, customizing the tramways standardization system covering the economics, safety and technology area, supporting the governments′ regulation by setting up industry association, and etc.关键词
