Research status quo of influencing factors and coping strategies of nurses'job burnout
摘要
Abstract
It expounded the status quo of nurse's job burnout.It reviewed the research progress on the influen-cing factors and coping strategies from self factors,environment factors and occupational factors.It pointed out that job burnout could cause a series of problems in the psychological,emotional,family and professional as-pects.Hospital managers should take appropriate interventions to prevent and reduce the generation of nurses’ burnout starting from main influencing factors,to stabilize nursing team and improve the quality of nursing service.关键词
