Survey of status quo of clinical nurses’turnover intention and intervention strategies

Abstract
Objective:To know about clinical nurses’turnover intention,so as to provide the theoretical basis for reducing their turnover intention.Methods:A total of 330 nurses working in a third grade A hospital in Xin-jiang were investigated by general condition questionnaire and nurse turnover intention scale,to know about the turnover intention.Results:The turnover intention of 330 nurses was 2.36 ±0.41.The higher the professional title was,the lower the nurses’turnover intention was.The higher the degree was,the higher the nurses’turn-over intention was.Conclusion:Nursing management should increase the intervention of the nurses’turnover in-tention,through a variety of ways to motivate nurses,enhance the work enthusiasm of nurses,create a harmo-nious working environment and develop the stable care team.关键词
