舒适护理对胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术后病人生活质量的影响
Influence of comfortable care on quality of life of patients after laparoscopic combined thoracic esophageal cancer radical surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of comfortable care for the quality of life of patients after laparo-scopic combined thoracic esophageal cancer radical surgery.Methods:A total of 128 cases of patients who under-went laparoscopic combined thoracic esophageal cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into comfortable care group and routine care group,64 cases in each.Patients in comfortable care group received the comfortable care.Routine nursing care was given to patients in routine care group,then to observe the postoperative compli-cations and quality of life of them.Results:Postoperative complications of patients in comfortable care group were significantly less than that in routine care group.The quality of life of patients in comfortable care group was significantly higher than that in routine care group.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:The comfortable care was used for comprehensive nursing of patients after laparoscopic combined thoracic esophageal cancer radical surgery can effectively reduce the patients’bad mood.It can reduce the occur-rence of postoperative complications and improve patients’quality of life.关键词
