农村土地承包经营权流转现状及对策研究--基于江西省安义县的实地调查
Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Land Use Rights Leasing and Transferring:Field Investigation on Anyi County of Jiangxi Province

Abstract
Through in-depth interviews and general survey , We carried out a field investigation on the county-level administra-tive departments , and 152 peasant households in 3 villages , 2 townships of Anyi county , Jiangxi province , and summarized and ana-lyzed the current rural land transfer modes in Anyi county:the construction of “one platform and three system” rural land circulation trading market;the large-area concentration of transferred land; the innovation of business model .The author analyzed the main problems existing in the legal guidance of transfer mechanism , operational supervision mechanism , and farmer’s benefit safeguard in the course of rural land circulation , and finally proposed several countermeasures and suggestions for quickening the rural land circu -lation from the following aspects:strengthening farmer ’ s market awareness , conducting strict supervision , guaranteeing the interests of participants , and increasing non-agricultural employment opportunities for farmers .关键词
