Exploration and Practice for Development of Undergraduate Level Professional Education Taking Case Study of Tianjin Haihe University of Applied Technology for Example

Abstract
Tianjin Haihe University of Applied Technology is set up by Ministry of Education and Tianjin Peoples’ s government, It se-lects seventeen advantage and characteristic specialties from five higher vocational col eges which are al ied with Tianjin Haihe Edu-cation Park to educate undergraduate level professional talents. To meet the demand for industrial transformation and upgrading, it practises the new operation mechanism to make the headquarter of university and characteristic col eges perform their own functions, integrates the public training centers, libraries, gymnasiums and other resources relies on the faculty of two “985”key university in the park, independently enrol s new students and innovates new rising channel inside the system of vocational education to raise it from secondary vocational education, higher vocational education, undergraduate education to professional degree graduate educa-tion and build an integration development platform for vocational education, general education and continuing education.关键词
