两种稀释剂在自制乙型肝炎五项室内质控品中的应用效果
The application effect analysis of two kinds of thinners in homemade hepatitis B five internal quality control products

Abstract
Objective By comparing the application effect of two diluents in homemade hepatitis B five internal quality control products ,and then combining the characteristics of two diluents ,they were determined the best thinner of homemade hepatitis five indoor quality control materials .Methods The positive serum of hepatitis B five were re‐spectively diluted with 10% fetal calf serum phosphate buffer and 0 .85% NaCl solution ,and homemade indoor quali‐ty control materials ,ELISA detected homemade quality control materials of two kind of thinners ,the results were an‐alyzed .Results Comparison of the test results of hepatitis B five quality control materials of two kinds of diluents was no significant difference(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion Although there was no statistically significant difference be‐tween 10% fetal calf serum phosphate buffer and 0 .85% NaCl solution in homemade hepatitis B five internal quality control products ,0 .85% NaCl was made the best thinner of homemade hepatitis five indoor quality control materials because it did not contain pica antigen ,low cost .关键词
