某社区65岁及以上老人健康体检生化结果分析

Abstract
Objective Statistical analysis the biochemical results of 65 years and eldly in a communityMethods Alanine amino transferase(ALT) ,total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride(TG) ,glucose(GLU) in serum of those people were tested by Hitachi 7100 automatic biochemical analyzer ,the anomalies were observed though statistical analysis Results In those case ,ALT abnormal rate was 4 .0% ,Dyslipidemia total abnormal rate was 67 .8% ,which abnor‐mality rate was 51 .5% in male ,82 .7% in female ;those people with simple high TG hyperlipoidemia were 1404 ca‐ses(27 .2 % ) ,those people with simple high TC hyperlipoidemia were 535 cases(10 .4% ) ,those with mixed hyperli‐poidemia were 188 cases(3 .7% ) .The rate of GLU abnormality was 15 .4% ,the detection rate of diabetes was 8 . 2% .Conclusion The community 65 years and eldly was over dyslipidemia high ,and women is higher than men ,dys‐lipidemia associated with the GLU abnormal occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident risk increased significantly ,dyslipidemia with abnormal ALT fatty liver was significantly increased .关键词
