Abstract
Objective To investigate the positive rates and the differences among the different ages in 5381 pa‐tients who have infected Syphilis in the city in 2013 ,which will play an important roles in curbing the prevention and prevalent of syphilis .Methods 5380 cases from January to December in 2013 was divide into nine groups according to the age ,which are 0 to 10 age group ,11 to 20 age group ,21 to 30 age group ,31 to 40 age group ,41 to 50 age group ,51 to 60 age group ,61 to 70 age group ,71 to 80 age group ,more than 80 age group ,respectively .the anti‐TP‐PA‐Ab were detected ,the positive rates of the nine groups were analyzed .Results In 5381 cases ,The positive rate of the antibody‐TPPA was 16 .89% and 12 .34% in men and women respectively at 0~10 age group ,17 .02% and 20 .47% in men and women respectively at 11~20 age group ,7 .76% and 13 .80% in men and women respectively at 21~30 age group ,10 .37% and 23 .65% in men and women respectively at 31~40 age group ,26 .55% and 36 .14%in men and women respectively at 41~50 age group ,50 .62% and 59% in men and women respectively at 51~60 age group ,52 .31% and 43 .66% in men and women respectively at 61~70 age group ,55 .56% and 23 .91% in men and women respectively at more than 80 age group .Conclusion The positive rates are very high at more than 40 age group ,and there are significant differences between more than 40 age group and less than 40 age group ,but there are no significant differences at 0~30 age group;In addition ,there are significant differences in men and wemon of all the groups ,and there are significant differences between more than 50 age group and less than 50 age group .at female group ,the highest positive rate at 50~60 age group .at the same time ,there are significant differences in men and women in the same group .in short ,the highest positive rate was at 50~60 age group .The lowest positive rate was at 20~30 age group .In conclusion ,the above statistical datas will provide an indication and basis for prevention and prevalent of syphilis .关键词
