摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the physical examination results of cadres at Taxkorgan country in order to provide the basis for disease control and prevention .Methods Medical examination had been done for 137 Han na‐tionality cadres from plain and 149 local minorities cadres (251 males and 35 females ) ,including blood glucose (GLU) ,creatinine(Cr) ,uric acid(UA) ,triglycerides(TG) ,cholesterol(LCH) ,color doppler ultrasound(CDU)and u‐rine routine ,et al ,the detective value and abnormal rate were compared based on national and gender ,respectively .Re‐sults The CR ,UA and LCH abnormal rate and liver cyst detection rate of Han nationality were higher but white cell of urinalysis was lower than those of local minorities(P<0 .05 ,or P<0 .01);The value of GLU ,UA ,TG and abnor‐mal rate of UA ,TG and fatty liver detection rate of male were higher than those of female(P<0 .05 ,or P<0 .01) . Conclusion The reasons of damage to health of cadres at Taxkorgan is altitude hypoxia and bad habits .关键词
