摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of glycated hemoglobin urinary trace protein in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathyMethods 120 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients(observation group) and 120 cases of the normal(control group) were studied ,glycated hemoglobin and urine protein of two groups were tested . Results The group of patients mALB ,HbA1C levels were significantly higher than those in control group with a sig‐nificant difference(P<0 .05);addition ,elevated HbA1C levels ,mALB also increased ,there was a positive correlation between the two .Conclusion The higher level in glycated hemoglobin ,easily lead to aggravation of diabetic renal mi‐crovascular injury glycated hemoglobin was positive correlation with urine protein .Therefore ,it is necessary for pa‐tients with diabetes to test glycated hemoglobin and urine protein ,thus effective monitor can do most to prevent and treatment of diabetes ,to improve the patient′s condition ,and to be worthy of applicat by clinical .关键词
