Early diagnosis values of PCT and CRP in postoperative infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis value of PCT and CRP in patients with postoperative infection .Methods 210 operation patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2013 .A‐mong them ,98 patients with postoperative infection were set as the infection group ,while 112 patients without infec‐tion were set as the non infection group .The PCT and CRP in seurm before and after the surgery in both group were detected ,and ,the sensitivity、specificity、positive predictive value and negative predictive value of PCT and CRP in detection of postoperative infection were calculated .Results Postoperative PCT is significantly higher than preopera‐tive in infection group(P< 0 .01) ,which had no difference before and after operation in non‐infection group(P>0 .05) .CRP in seurm of both infection and non infection group was slight increased after operation ,but it showed no significant differences(P>0 .05) .The sensitivity ,specificity ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of PCT were better than those of CRP(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Both PCT and CRP in patients with postoperative infec‐tion were increased in varying degrees ,while only the changes of PCT had significant differences .The sensitivity , specificity ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of PCT were much better than that of CRP ,which had an important value in early forecasting to the postoperative infection patients .关键词
