溶血标本对出入境体检4项实验室血清学检测的影响
The effect of four laboratory serological test of hemolysis samples for exit-entry physical examination
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of four laboratory serological test of hemolysis samples for exit‐entry physical examination .Methods 500 sample as experimenter were randomly selected from physical examina‐tion .500 hemolysis samples were experimental group and non‐ hemolysis samples as control group .And to analyze the effect of hemolysis for detecting HBsAg ,HCV antibody ,HIV antibody and Syphilis .Results There were some difference of hemolysis samples for detecting HBsAg and HCV antibody ,The positive rate in experimental group was obviously higher than in control group ,χ2 =7 .71 ,6 .86(P<0 .01) .There were significantly difference .But there were not effect of HIV antibody and Syphilis between two group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion There are not effect of detecting HIV antibody and Syphilis ,but there are some difference for serum HBsAg and HCV antibody .So the serum sample must be should to avoid hemolysis before experiment .关键词
