糖尿病足溃疡感染的踝肱指数评价和抗菌药物治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ankle‐brachial index (ABI) infected diabetic foot ulcers evaluation role ,summed up the effect of antimicrobial drugs in order to improve the level of clinical treatment .Methods April 2010 April 2013 85 cases of infected diabetic foot ulcers in patients for the study ,observed by Doppler flow detector in patients with dorsal artery ,posterior tibial artery and brachial artery blood pressure values ,combined with ABI blood pressure levels calculated value ,ABIc0 .9 reduce group ,ABI 0 .9 -1 .4 for the control group were compared changes in blood pressure ,etc .,and to observe the extent of infection and prognostic indicators .Results The two groups in coronary heart disease ,cerebrovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease in general comorbidities in BMI ,SBP ,DBP ,HbA1c ,TC ,TG ,HDL‐C ,LDL‐C ,are more significant differences (P<0 .05 ) ;diabetic foot ulcers and infection as the disease worsens ,the number of days of hospitalization ,cost of treatment ,healing ,healing ,ampu‐tation and death on changes in the number of cases has gradually increased ,a positive correlation .Conclusion ABI in‐fected diabetic foot ulcers can be used as a precursor ,early antibiotic treatment and prognosis is better .关键词
