脑脊液动态检测在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的临床意义OACSTPCD
The clinical significance of cerebrospinal fluid dynamic detection in the diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis
目的：探讨动态检测脑脊液在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的临床意义。方法选取2012年6月至2013年7月在该院住院治疗的TBM患者54例，完善影像学及实验室检查，进行抗结核治疗，分别于开始治疗前（T0）、治疗7d时（T1）和治疗14 d时（T2）监测脑脊液压力、常规细胞学、生化及免疫蛋白变化情况。结果与T0时点相比，有核细胞和中性粒细胞在T1和T2时点均降低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞在 T2时点降低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜…查看全部>>
