摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship and difference of serum K+ 、Na+ 、Cl- of different detection systems .Methods Choose high K+ serum was diluted serially ,determination of K+ 、Na+ 、Cl- in SEMENS ADVIA 2400 biochemical analyzer and Backman LX‐20 biochemical analyzer ,the data were analyzed statistically related .Re‐sults When serum K+ results is greater than 7 mmol/L ,two detection system deviation is greater than the clinical laboratory improvement specification CLIA′88 of the maximum allowable total error .Serum Na+ 、Cl-l results be‐tween the two detection system deviation less than CLIA′88 of the range of the maximum allowed .They are notable relationship between the two detection system .Conclusion Determination of serum electrolytes especially K+ must be clear of the detection system can report scope ,and do the level of quality control of the detection system .关键词
